February 13, 2026 (Erie, PA) – ERIEBANK is proud to announce the appointment of Michael P. Thomas, Managing Partner at MacDonald, Illig, Jones & Britton LLP, to the ERIEBANK Advisory Board. Mr. Thomas brings more than two decades of legal and business experience advising individuals and companies on estate planning, wealth transfer, succession, tax strategy, and a wide range of commercial and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and business sales.

An engaged community leader, Mr. Thomas serves as Vice President of The Nonprofit Partnership and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Erie. He is also involved with the Erie Community Foundation Professional Advisors Network and various Private Family Foundation Boards. Mr. Thomas earned a B.S. in Accounting from Juniata College and a J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.
