Clearfield, PA – Michael Peduzzi, President and Chief Executive Officer of CNB Bank, has announced the promotion of Robin Mink to Senior Vice President, Chief Treasury Management Officer.
In this role, Ms. Mink directs and manages the treasury management business unit, a company-wide function and significant organizational service and revenue contributor. In collaboration with the executive management team, Ms. Mink will also work to establish the overall direction and strategic initiatives for the treasury management business unit.

Ms. Mink joined CNB Bank in 2017 to develop and oversee the treasury management product and sales strategy. She has over 30 years of experience in treasury management as both a banker and corporate finance practitioner. Ms. Mink was recently one of eight women bank leaders chosen to serve on the Impressia Bank steering committee. Impressia Bank is a recently launched division of CNB Bank designed to support the financial development and advancement of women business owners and women leaders.
A native of Columbus, Ohio, Ms. Mink is a graduate of Otterbein University and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). She is active in both the National Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and is the former President of the Central Ohio AFP Chapter (COAFP). Additionally, she serves on the PNC Women’s Leadership Development Program and is a PNC Women Business Advocate Leader in Central Ohio. She is a graduate of Leadership Columbus and a member of the Board of Trustees for Columbus Area Performing Arts (CAPA), Columbus Children’s Theatre, and City Year Columbus.
