Westlake, Ohio – (August 23, 2024) Wesley Gillespie, President of ERIEBANK, is pleased to announce the opening of ERIEBANK’s newest SMART Center at Crocker Park in Westlake. The ERIEBANK team was joined today by representatives from their parent company, CNB Bank, as well as Westlake Mayor Dick Clough and representatives from Stark Properties for a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new SMART Center is located at 140 American Boulevard at Crocker Park and is ERIEBANK’s 13th location.

ERIEBANK’s modern SMART center includes a wireless café-style lobby, open transaction areas, digital displays, cash recyclers, a coin counter, and a coffee station. The nearly 2,300-square-foot facility is also complemented by a drive-up banking lane, where customers can access the SMART Station to use interactive video to perform such transactions as making deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, reviewing account balances, and loan payoffs. Customers can access the SMART stations and speak to a banker Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 a.m. -7:00 p.m., and from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
ERIEBANK first opened in 2005 under David Zimmer in Erie, Pennsylvania. Now eighteen years later, the bank has thirteen locations within Northwest Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio. Their novice, full-service banking style, and community-focused aesthetic set them apart from other banks with their focus on each customer, which are now trademarks at all locations.
The Crocker Park location is the third new office construction project for ERIEBANK in Cuyahoga County. ERIEBANK opened its regional headquarters on Rockside Road in Seven Hills in January 2022 and its second SMART Center in Woodmere in December 2022.
